Kelly Jay Michael Tallas
President, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Tallas co-founded WealthCraft and has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of WealthCraft since August 2003. From April 2000 until July 2003, Mr. Tallas was head of information technology at Morningstar Asia, a provider of mutual fund research and ratings. He led a team building Morningstar Asia's business and technical infrastructure in Greater China, and pioneered the development of one of Asia's first financial XML web services-based product suite. Mr. Tallas has over fourteen years experience in financial information technology and Asian business expertise. Prior to joining Morningstar Asia, Mr. Tallas had 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur. He co-founded InterconX Communications, which provided consulting services to a broad range of customers including HSBC Bank Canada where he managed the nationwide systems consolidation and implementation at HSBC Securities. Mr. Tallas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. |

Jenny Li
Chief Financial Officer Ms. Li has served as Chief Financial Officer at WealthCraft since September 1, 2006. From October, 2004 to August, 2006, Ms. Li served as Asia Region Financial Controller of AD Electronics, an electronics manufacturer. From July 2000 through January 2003, Ms. Li served as Chief Financial Officer and assistant to the General Manager of the Dahing Car Centre, an automotive related company. Ms. Li has over twelve years accounting related experience in various industries, seven years as a financial manager and in other senior positions. Ms. Li holds a MBA degree in Finance from Coventry University, an EMBA degree in Decision Making from US East and West University and a bachelor degree in Accounting from Jinan University. Ms. Li has a CA designation, will complete the ACCA in 2008, and is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Mingnan dialects. |

Cliff Harkins Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing (Worldwide) As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Cliff Harkins is responsible for the company's worldwide sales & marketing activities, focusing on building a regional sales platform and the management of customer relationships. Cliff joined "WealthCraft Systems Limited" from "ING Financial Planning Limited", where he workded as Head of "International Wealth Management" leading the expansion of ING's wealth management division in terms of, volume of business written and number of qualified consultants recruited. During this time at ING his role also required his involvement in the development of WealthCraft's "Advisor Workbench"(AWB), which was driven in part by the requirements of ING as one of the first group of users on the platform. Prior to ING, Cliff worked in Australia, involved in the establishment of a new financial planning business in Perth, "Addwealth Pty Ltd" this following a period of 7/8 years working with a couple of the major UK banks on the Financial Planning side, culminating with NatWest Bank in Scotland, as "Financial Planning Manager". Cliff's experience in the "Financial Planning" and "Banking" sectors gives him an enormous amount of appreciation for exactly what our users are looking for regarding a wealth management platform, very specially from a users perspective, rather than a technical perspective. This expertise has greatly enhanced our sales and marketing capabilities within WealthCraft and will greatly assist in the long term development of the business and the platform. |

Peter Yin
Senior Architect Peter has been serving WealthCraft for 4 years as software team leader and senior architect successively. He led the development of Advisor Workbench (AWB) design and implementation key projects. Previously, Mr. Yin has been a software engineer for 3G development at ZTE, the biggest network architecture company in China. He graduated from Sichuan University with a Master of Engineering in Computer Software and Theory. His extensive work experience and sound educational background gives him an outstanding command of software engineering and project management. |

Charles Shao
Vice President of Host Service & IT Support As Vice President of Host Service & IT Support, Charles Shao has brought to WealthCraft a wealth of intensive IT and telecom support experience from working at senior management level in Mainland China. He joined WealthCraft from the state owned multinational company Chery Automobile in Wuhu, where he was IT operations director. Supervising a team of 60, he was responsible for the entire IT operation of the group which manufactures in several countries with a workforce of more than 30,000. He constructed a scalable, stable and safe IT infrastructure, created its IT standards and policies, supervised technical functioning, consultants, contractors and vendors, and generally re-engineering the group's business process. Mr Shao is a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), qualified in working with medium-sized networks of between 100 and 500 end devices, in technology including QoS, broadband, VPNs and security-minded features. He is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate, qualified in installing, configuring, operating and troubleshooting enterprise level router and switched networks. |
